Once a subscription has been activated, it is non-refundable. You acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for unused subscription periods, partial use, dissatisfaction, or failure to cancel auto-renewal.
In cases of payment failure due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or any other issues, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until outstanding payments are settled.
5. Trial Period for Limited Users
We may offer select users the option to "Try Premium Before Paying." This limited access allows users to explore premium features before committing to a paid subscription.
To request trial access, you must contact us via email at admin@clinchscript.com. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to grant or deny access to the trial.
Once the trial ends, users must subscribe to continue accessing premium features. Failure to do so will result in automatic termination of the trial benefits.
6. Subscription Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
Your subscription remains active until canceled or terminated.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
To cancel, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account settings or via written notice to our support team.
7. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Any attempt to manipulate or disrupt the functionality of the Services is strictly prohibited.
If we suspect any violation of these restrictions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that our Services will meet your specific requirements.

Our total liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last three months.
