Email is going into Spam in receiver's inbox?

It's not uncommon for some emails sent through BulkMail to end up in the spam folder for certain recipients. We'd like to clarify that BulkMail doesn't guarantee 100% inbox delivery, but it offers several features to improve your chances of reaching the primary tab. BulkMail operates entirely within Google, without external APIs or servers, which can enhance your email's deliverability compared to other tools. It essentially automates the process of composing and sending emails manually.

1. Pause between Emails: Introducing a brand-new feature in BulkMail! Now, you can add a pause before sending the next email. To set the pause time, simply go to the 'BulkMail' menu, click on 'Advanced,' and select 'Set Pause between Emails.' Enter your desired time in seconds, Now, BulkMail will wait for that time (also randomized near to that time) before sending the next email.

Quota Issues

How much emails I can send using BulkMail ?
How many email messages can I send per day?

Free Plan (Basic):  50 emails/Day
Paid Plan (Premium): No limit by BulkMail. You can send as many emails as Google allows you. Right now Normal User can send more than 1000 emails per day. 
(Note is sending email stop after 400-500 email then simply press Run again)

The free edition of But lets you send 50 emails per day but the  sending limit  for Premium merge is different. Gmail users can send emails to unlimited* recipients per day while the daily limit for Google Workspace accounts is unlimited* recipients per day 

*Subjected to restriction by Google.

Why is your quota lower than expected? 

The BulkMail Quota is depends on the plan you choose (free or paid). In some specific cases, you won't be able to use all your quota because of Google restrictions.

The main reason that can affect your quota is if your account is relatively new. Google progressively increases the sending limits of new Google Workspace accounts before they reach full capacity.

If you purchased a paid plan, but you are limited to 400/100 recipients, it’s because your new Google Workspace account is under a free trial period or a warm-up period.

Note that the BulkMail quota is always lower than the Google quota.

The following details presents the available BulkMail daily quotas:
Free Plan (Basic Plan): 50 / Day
Paid Plan (Premium Plan):  No limit by BulkMail you can send as many emails as Google allowed you.

When you create a new Google Workspace account, it is in a free trial period which lasts 14 days. After the free trial, your account enters a warm-up period. This period ends automatically when BOTH the following conditions are satisfied:

That means it can be quite a long time before your account can send emails to 1500 recipients/day, and it is entirely due to Google restrictions. We advise you to contact Google Support directly if you have further questions about this.

Once your account reaches its full capacity, you can send emails to 1,500 recipients per rolling 24 hours.

Other then this , If you have multiple recipients per email, including people added as cc/bcc, all the emails will be counted towards your quota.

I don't have enough quota to complete my mail merge 

If you don't have enough quota because you've already sent some emails in the past 24 hours or because your campaign is too big, you'll have two options depending on your plan.

How to Activate BulkMail Premium ?

Pay for BulkMail Premium

After Making Payment, Go to your sheet and click Refresh from BulkMail Menu to enable Premium in that sheet.

Follow the Instruction which is sent to you along with payment confirmation email. 

refer this for more details. 

If your issued not solve after this then simply email us.

Payment Debited but didn't get confirmation email from BulkMail.

If your payment is successfully received by us then we will send you email within 24 hr with guide of how you can activate premium.
If you can't get confirmation then send email to us. 

After Payment it is showing error page.

If your payment debited but not received by us. then it will be credited to your account within 7 day.
If your payment not debited then simply re-try to make payment.

Tracking/Unsubscribe Issues

Tracking not activated for your campaign
Tracking not updated in your Sheet

The main reason is You doesn't enable/ subscribe for BulkMail Premium.

And another reason is you have not configured BulkMail properly. See this video to know more.

If you have enabled it but didn't getting details in your sheet then don't worry we will send you tracking details in separate sheet along with reason of not updating.

Is BulkMail records bounce emails?

Right now this feature is not available.  But will be available soon.

Within BulkMail Messages/Error

Following message is showing in "Status" Column:

Email Quota Finished.
following are possible reasons:
1: Free email quota from BulkMail finished.
Solution: Upgrade to BulkMail Premium at a very affordable price.
2. Total email quota finished by Google.
Solution: Increase quota from Google by switching to G-Suite or other.?

You email quota is been finish. And solution is given in the same message.

Following message showing in "Status" Column:

Email will be sent on scheduled date

As message is saying the email will be send on the date which you have entered in schedule column.

Following message showing in "Status" Column:

add "To" Email address

column with header "TO" is empty. add email id to which you want to send email.

While pressing send test "email" or "Run" following alert showing:

row number should be greater than 7
Go to Step-2 and Select row number and Press save.

It is because you have skipped step-2

In 1st step you have to import the design of draft in your sheet. The HTML of selected design will be saved in BulkMail-data sheet in some row. (which you completed)

Now, In 2nd Step you need to select which design or the row number of that design which you want to use now.
Just select it and press save.  

Other

Can I generate only draft in Gmail from sheet data using BulkMail ?

Yes, BulkMail is allows your generate drafts from Sheet data to your Gmail account.  First prepare sheet and Press  Generate Draft from BulkMail menu it will create drafts in your Gmail account. 

This Feature is available only to premium client and there is no Limit. Email Tracking and Unsubscribe will not work with this. 

How can I get HTML from Gmail Draft ?

Yes, BulkMail can give your HTML code of your generated draft. Refer this.

I have sent some emails, all message was blocked?

I can understand your problem.
Very frankly, Let me explain cause, solution to you.

Problem you are facing is very common thing when you send emails to unknown person who gets irritated by receiving your email. And so they blocked your email. Many email sender are selling their product by false/partial  promises.

We are not from them. I am explaining you all things.

The emails which are sent using mass emailing tools will go to spam or promotion tab. So the user may not opened that emails or he/she will ignore it.

But Our tool BulkMail is allowed you to reach user's primary tab of the inbox. All email which are sent using BulkMail will appear in primary tab of receiver's inbox. It is Just like you have sent Email personally to him/her.

So, Receiver will feel you have sent him/her email personally. And he/she will forced to open the email.
This is the main thing that the receiver must opened your email. Otherwise no meaning of sending email.

Now the problem is why user blocked you?
Ask same question to yourself why you need to block someone? and you will understand the whole thing.

You may block someone, if he/she is sending frequently emails, sending emails with some tools to mass audience, sending emails of promotion of product which is not relevant,  etc.... You can do Google to know more about this.

The main thing is how can you avoid it:

1.  Always allow user to unsubscribe you. 

2.  Give option to receiver to stop getting emails from you. Like add line at bottom, "reply STOP to stop receiving emails" or any fancy polite line. You can also add some lines to say sorry if this email is not relevant... So that user will send you reply instead of blocking. Anyhow you have to stop receiver to block you.

3.  Do something so that user will not get that you are sending emails using some tools. Like, Remove signature of tool, Start email with username (You can set it easily with BulkMail. You can use merge filed {username} and add names in username column of sheet. See Guide Video for more details).

4. Send limited number of emails every day. And increase daily sending day by day(If possible).

I am running BulkMail but it is simply not sending the emails. Why?

My daily limit for premium edition is only 100 per day?

If you have BulkMail Premium then there is no issue from BulkMail side. 

If is issue from your google account. You can refer here  If Limit for your account is 100 (Email recipients per day) then you need to increase your account limit from Google. 

You can move to Google work space account. If your Google Workspace account is completed Google's Criteria then Google will increase your limit to 1500. Visit here or other Google's documents for more details.  

I’ve sent only 10 emails yet my daily email quota was reduced by 20. Why?

It is likely that you have added an email address in the CC or BCC field. Remember that the daily email limit is in terms of number of recipients so if you send an email that is also cc’ed to someone, it will decrease your quota by 2.

But it is subjected to Google's Policy.

Just Reinstall this add on from the sheet in which you want to use it.
